Because these two finishers are so easy to set up, Seth is an all-around dangerous character to fight against and when you learn him well, you can truly dominate the Street Fighter arena. Alternatively, his Ultra, the Tanden Stream, can very easily combo off of a crouching Heavy Punch. Seth's Super, the Tanden Storm, can combo off of a standing Heavy Kick or a Sonic Boom. But of course, Seth has a powerful Super and Ultra Combo to work into the mix. For example, the Hyakuretsukyaku can combo right out of a medium kick, which in turn can be set up from the Tanden Engine. Both of these techniques are extremely useful and come in handy when chaining attacks together.
#Sonic charge seth series
The Hyakuretsukyaku is a spinning kick that pummels his opponent with a series of rapid-fire hits, while the Tanden Engine pulls his opponent forward in order to set up more combos. Seth has two Special Moves that are somewhat unique to him.
If those techniques weren't impressive enough, Seth can also freely move around the ring with Dhalsim's Yoga Teleport - though unlike Dhalsim, Seth cannot perform the teleport in the air. Seth can also perform a Shoryuken (up to three times in a row) and he has access to Zangief's Spinning Piledriver. Instead, players just need to input a traditional forward quarter circle and a punch. The most straight-forward of them all is his take on Guile's Sonic Boom, which doesn't require a directional charge to execute. As for Seth's Special Moves, this CEO has an impressive assortment of techniques to take advantage of. Of course, Seth can also Wall Jump, which is fantastic for when you're backed into a corner, as he can bound off the wall and sail to the other end of the arena, shifting control back into his hands. If you land the attack properly, Seth can then combo into a number of other attacks, which makes this a flexible option. The Tenmakujinkyaku causes Seth to slide downwards through the air with a kick. Alternatively, Seth can perform the Tenmakujinkyaku which must be executed at the peak of a forward jump. This technique can also be strung together three different times, giving Seth the ability to juggle his opponent as he flies through the air.
The Yosokyaku is a stomping type attack that can be performed mid-jump. Before we touch on Seth's Special Moves, it would be beneficial to cover his Unique Attacks, which provide him with an ample number of tools for pressuring jumping opponents. Being the game's boss character, Seth is extremely powerful and has immense potential for combo development. Having collected data on the greatest fighters in the world, Seth borrows moves from a number of different characters to create a fighting style of his own. Seth is intensely set on completed S.I.N.'s most ambitious program, the BLECE project, which requires the strength of Ryu and the Satsui no Hadou. The CEO of the weapons corporation S.I.N., Seth is a man unafraid of using the most advanced technology on himself, which has changed him on a seemingly structural level and made him much more than human.
